Scotland’s Masters head coach Adam McInnes believes his men can compete with the best at European level.

The Over 60s men are in Antwerp from June 19 to 29 June and face The Netherlands (June 21), Spain (June 22), Ireland (June 24) and Italy (June 25) in their qualifiers.

A number of home-based players are in the side including three from Grange and several from the Lothians including Livingston and Linlithgow.

McInnes said: ā€œWe have a strong squad as we seek to build on the promising start that we have made to the international season at the Celtic Cup in April and the Four Nations.

ā€œOur performances over these two tournaments, but particularly against Wales and England at the Four Nations, give us huge confidence that we can secure positive results against some of the best teams in Europe when we face them in Belgium.ā€
