A company based in Leith has just won Investors in People (IIP) Platinum accreditation for commitment to staff development, customer service and continuous improvement.

Mearns & Company which is a chartered wealth management and employee benefits consultancy is only the second Scottish financial services firm to gain the highest accolade offered by IIP and the fourth in the UK.
