Ever wanted to create your own smash-hit epic fantasy?

Come help comedy troupe Hivemind improvise one for you! With no script and no plan, we’ll use your suggestions to create an original fantasy tale of blood and wine, honour and treachery, fellowships and actual ships — a tale that has never been told before, and will never be told again.

A spokesperson said : “Hivemind are on the lookout for connoisseurs of high fantasy, improvised comedy, or preferably both, to review our Edinburgh Fringe show, Lord of the Game of the Ring of Thrones.

“Following our fantastic Fringe debut in 2017, we’re hoping this year to add something unique to Edinburgh’s vibrant improv scene. In an hour, we’ll create not just a memorable story, but a rich and original fantasy world, complete with its own detailed map designed by the audience. We’ve spent six months practising sword-fighting, folk singing, sweeping soundtracks, and speaking in tongues, all to help us immerse our audience in the universe they help us build.”

Featuring a map drawn by the audience and a fully improvised musical score, Lord of the Game of the Ring of Thrones promises all of the drama and majesty of the fantasy stories you know and love, but with hopefully none of the lawsuits.
