Lothian who run our much-loved bus service has been recognised with another award, this time as Top City Operator and Sustained Marketing Excellence where it won two silver gongs.
The UK Bus Awards are regarded as the top industry honours and are designed to recognise innovation, excellence and progress across all areas.
Richard Hall, Managing Director of Lothian, said: “We are delighted to take the Silver award in both the ‘Top City Operator’ and ‘Environmental’ categories at the UK Bus Awards.
“This recognition is testament to the boundless hard work and dedication of all our staff from across the business, along with the vision that the whole team has to evolve our bus and transport provision for our customers to ensure that we constantly improve our offering and are fit for the future.

Lothian has enjoyed other award wins in recent years, including Excellence in Travel Information and Marketing award at the 2017 National Transport Awards for its outstanding work on East Coast Buses, Operator of the Year at the 2016 Scottish Transport Awards and the Transport Award at the 2016 VIBES awards.
