Hibs have announced that bans have been imposed on a second tranche of supporters identified as being involved in incidents on the pitch at Hampden following the Scottish Cup Final on May 21st.

The latest bans are for various offences, including fans involved in violence towards other supporters. Sanctions including life bans and indefinite bans have been imposed so far.

Leeann Dempster, Chief Executive of Hibernian FC, said: “We will continue to co-operate fully with Police Scotland and the football authorities, but in addition we are carrying out our own review into what happened and we will take the action we think appropriate to protect the Club’s good name.”
