Hearts continued a busy week of signing activity with more acquisitions at Tynecastle today.

Former Partick Thistle goalkeeper Paul Gallacher has signed a two year deal for the Gorgie club. His role will be as player-coach and the 36-year-old is clearly a replacement for former Hearts keeper Neil Alexander who yesterday signed for Aberdeen.

Hearts also announced the signing of former Nottingham Forest striker Nikolay Todorov who has signed a one year contract. The 19-year-old Bulgarian had limited first team opportunities at the City Ground and is keen to resurrect his promising career in Scotland.

Hearts Development Squad have also been busy with the signings of Marcus Godinho, Harry Paton and Alex Petkov.

Hearts kick off their Europa League campaign two weeks tonight.
