Alan Stubbs

Hibs’ Head Coach Alan Stubbs is hoping that his players will carry on where they left off and pick up another three points in their hunt for promotion when they face Alloa Athletic at Easter Road tomorrow.

Hibs recorded back-to-back wins over Stranraer and Raith Rovers before being given last week off due to the international call-ups to John McGinn, Jason Cummings and Scott Martin.

The Wasps proved difficult opponents for Hibs last season and the arrival of former Hibs’ midfielder Danny Lennon who had a successful spell in charge of St Mirren will ensure that they are well organised.

Speaking to Hibs TV, Stubbs said: “We had a good win last time out and want to keep the momentum going this weekend.

“We know it’s going to be a difficult game, Danny will have his team set up really well, but we’ve got to overcome that and keep looking to put three points on the board.”
