St Valentine welcomes guests to The Edinburgh Dungeon on Valentine's Day

ROSES ARE RED, VIOLETS ARE BLUE, THE EDINBURGH DUNGEON IS OPEN LATE FOR YOU!

This Valentine’s Day throw away the tired teddy bears, sickly chocolates and garage forecourt flowers and treat yourself to a night of gruesome gags with the Edinburgh Dungeon’s Lates event.

Cupid is set to be striking his arrow this Valentine’s night (14 February) on the Edinburgh Dungeon’s special adults-only Lates tour. Whether as a couple or with a group of friends, from 7.30pm you will have the opportunity to experience a naughty night to remember filled with raucous humour and frights aplenty.

Kick off the evening with welcome drinks followed by an 80 minute journey through the more sinister side of Scotland’s history. Face the legal lunatic Judge Mental, and take on the Torturer before taking a boat trip through the Dungeon’s very own tunnel of love…but be warned, you’re very likely to get a kiss from a cannibal!

Hold on tight to your friends and loved one around the Dungeon, as a host of grim characters are unleashed throughout who will expose, in dark detail, a murkier side of the capital city. Eleven live-actor shows, with state of the art special effects, 360º theatrical sets, two heart stopping rides and gripping storytelling by hero characters delivers an unforgettable experience for all.

Tours will run at 7.30pm, 7.40pm, 7.50pm and 8pm and tickets are advance booking only so if you fancy trying something different this Valentine’s, visit www.thedungeons.com/edinburgh to book. Tickets cost £20 per adult (18+ ONLY) or £38 a couple – welcome drinks included!
