Four ‘renaissance’ real ale-loving postgrad brewing students from Edinburgh’s Heriot-Watt University have been trialling and testing their own tipple at top Edinburgh brewer Stewart Brewing.
The four students have left behind their careers in music, physiotherapy, environmental lobbying and kinesiology to pursue their love of brewing traditions, in partnership with Stewarts. Their “Origin” ale is launched at top Edinburgh student haunt Bannerman’s Bar in the city’s Cowgate on July 10th.
