Final year fashion students from Heriot-Watt University’s world-renowned School of Textiles and Design took their creative designs to Sir Walter Scott’s favourite historic view.

The new generation of up-and-coming fashion designers include Melissanthi Spei, Samantha McEwen, Pamela Aitken, Athif Dean and Anna Visocchi.  Along with fellow graduate fashionistas, they will present their final year collections at the Heriot-Watt University finale fashion event on Friday 24th June in Edinburgh.

For the second year running the show is directed by renowned fashion designer Mark Eley of the duo Eley Kishimoto, a designer with a reputation throughout the fashion world for his intellectual playful prints and artistic collaborations.

Heriot-Watt’s Textile Exhibition begins on Tuesday 21st June at Dovecot  Studios running for 5 days. And open to the public from 21-25 June, 10.30am – 5.30pm. Admission free. Dovecot, 10 Infirmary Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LT.
