Edinburgh Zoo is the second biggest paying visitor attraction in Scotland (after the Castle along the road), with over 650,000 people each year enjoying an excellent day out. We are currently seeking the following staff to boost our team of professionals over the peak season.Seasonal Retail AssistantAs a member of the retail team, you will work in the gift shop at Edinburgh Zoo and be responsible for unpacking, pricing, displaying and selling the stock as well as operating the tills efficiently and assisting with the counting and recording of monies as required. Applicants must be polite and enthusiastic team players, with at least 1 years’ retail experience of working in a similar environment advantageous.This is a seasonal hourly paid position. You may be required to work up to 37.5 hours per week although hours cannot be guaranteed.
