“When Edinburgh’s Telford College modern campus on the north Edinburgh waterfront was built in 2006 it was designed to offer more than just the best educational facilities for students, but to also welcome the public in to experience and benefit from learning in action. We offer clients the usual beauty treatments – from manicures waxing to fake-tanning – as well as the most up-to-date treatments, including a new, non surgical face-lifting clinic.
“On the evening of our launch, clients will be offered the opportunity to have a mini-treatment – such as a Mavala manicure, Fake Bake or St Tropez fake-tanning, as well as free skin analysis and expert product advice from the Mary Cohr skin range.
“This will be the largest beauty launch evening we’ve ever done before and we hope people will join us for what will be an evening of pampering, fun and beauty tips. Not only will we have tasters of the latest treatments, but there will also be refreshments, canapés, raffles, testers, ,special offers and discounted products on the night. We hope it will be a huge success and an opportunity for us to show the City the beautiful, affordable work we do!”
Launching the new nail Mavala polish range on the same night at the College, Beauty Therapy students will be hosting a ‘Mavala Masquerade’ themed manicure sessions, offering nail files and polishes and a wide choice of purchase from Mavala product range at very alluring prices.
HND Beauty Therapy student, Kerry Walsh said:
“As part of our course we have organised a Mavala Masquerade event where we will be providing file and polishes for £3 and if clients choose to purchase a Mavala nail polish for £4, they will receive a free file and polish with that colour. It is great for us to be able to offer such discounted rates in the latest Mavala product range and I hope people take the time to come along for some pampering and help us to make this event a success!”
