With the help of the children from Canal View Primary School in Wester Hailes the Dragon of Profit and Private Ownership made its way from Trinity Apse up the Royal Mile to officially declare the 2017 Edinburgh Art Festival open.
The dragon can be seen in Trinity Apse, Chalmers Close, EH1 1SS every day until 28 August from 10am to 6pm.
Bromwich and Walker are known for their large-scale sculptures and use protest, pageant and celebration in their work to reignite Utopian ideas.
