The Caledonian Food & Drink Festival brings Scotland’s best to Edinburgh.
The Caledonian Hotel celebrates award-winning chefs, iconic brands, and a weekend of flavour at the heart of Edinburgh’s festival season
Scotland’s top food and drink producers will gather in the capital on the 22-24 August for The Caledonian Food & Drink Festival, a three-day celebration of culinary talent.
The festival takes place in the heart of the city during the final weekend of the festival season, featuring pop-ups from names including Glenfiddich, Harviestoun Brewery, Arbikie Distillery, Laurent-Perrier, and Discarded Rum, alongside a curated programme of tastings, food markets, live music, and chef-led demonstrations.
The chef line-up features two of Scotland’s most celebrated culinary names, both partners of The Caledonian Edinburgh itself. Mark Greenaway, known for his refined modern Scottish cuisine and appearances on BBC’s Great British Menu, heads up Mark Greenaway X The Court, his latest venture located within the hotel. Joining him is Dean Banks, MasterChef: The Professionals finalist and founder of 1925 at The Pompadour, also housed at The Caledonian, where he brings together sustainable Scottish produce with global inspiration and technique.
Entry is £10, redeemable as food and drink credit on arrival. Food and drink pop-ups start from £2.50, and tickets are valid for entry between 12:30pm and 6pm on the selected date (22-24 August)
Tickets can be purchased here.
