Dean bowling club’s president, Jim Moffat is now their most decorated member after taking a bronze medal at the Scottish Championships at Ayr.
After beating over-55 singles opponents from Mintlaw, Glenluce and Cockenzie & Port Seton Jim lost out to an opponent from Aberdeen but nevertheless qualified for bronze.
Jim also appeared in the over-55 triples and in the past has competed in pairs and fours.
