Sean Shibe brings together music from across centuries, from Spanish Renaissance composer Alonso Mudarra and Rodrigo to John Dowland and contemporary composer Thomas Adès. It is a thoughtful, beautifully programmed choice for anyone looking to step outside the Fringe bubble for an hour or two.

Rory Bremner: Making an Impression
One of Britain’s best-known impressionists is in Edinburgh for just two nights—making Thursday the final chance to catch him.
Rory Bremner mixes sharp political comedy with his trademark impressions and candid stories from a career that has made him one of the most recognisable satirists on British television. He is joined by a special guest host for an evening promising observations, conversation and plenty of familiar voices.

The Stevenson Experience: O Brother, Where Art Thou! (On stage, beside me)
For a properly underrated late-night comedy pick, Australian identical twins Benjamin and James Stevenson combine hilarious songs, quick-fire banter and very personal sibling rivalry.
Benjamin is also the author behind the bestselling Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone, but this is very much a shared show: a musical-comedy hour built around two brothers taking affectionate but relentless shots at each other. It is silly, sharp and much funnier than its relatively low-key profile suggests.
