Bonnie & Wild has added a popular Italian deli and restaurant, originally established in Glasgow, to its roster.
Eusebi is making the move east, having been a staple out west with its pasta, pastries, dolci and Italian roasted coffee, since it was founded in 1954.
Opening today, Eusebi’s at Bonnie & Wild will offer crema and pistachio cornetti, handmade pastries and classic Italian desserts alongside seasonal cakes inspired by Scotland’s produce.
Signature favourites include Eusebi’s much-loved strawberry tarts, made using Scottish fruit, alongside classic Italian dolci designed to be enjoyed with coffee, shared with family or taken home after a meal.
All products will be made from scratch and by hand by Eusebi’s dedicated bakery team and delivered daily to Bonnie & Wild.

Eusebi is just the latest big name to join Bonnie & Wild, and follows fresh on the heels of chef Ivan Stein’s Flùr pizza bar and BBC Saturday Kitchen chef Julie Lin’s Tacos Lah, both of which opened in recent weeks to great acclaim.
