Human Rights and Migration Issues in Europe

On Sunday afternoon, as part of the Festival of Europe (Scotland) there will be a conversation involving experts on the European Convention on Human Rights – its origins, its real effects and impacts on European citizens, and its future along with migration issues and policy for both the UK and Europe.
The event will deal with the topic in a way which will be of value to anyone interested in human rights, the European context and migration policy.
Speakers include: Sir Tim Eicke KC (formerly UK judge at the European Court of Human Rights) Sunder Katwala, Director of British Future and Joanna Cherry KC.
