Edinburgh Northern rugby club’s second over-35 10-a-side tournament saw seven squads compe for the trophy before defending champions Puffin Gannets, from North Berwick, encountered Edinburgh Accies vets from just across Inverleith Park in the final.
In a tight, entertaining, contest Accies Vets won 10-5 to add to the Inverleith Bowl they won at Northern’s senior sevens tournament last month.
