Auld Reekie Roller Derby return to Meadowbank Sports Centre on Sunday (19 April) as they host the Five Nations Championships Tier 3 North.
Taking part will be skaters from Dundee, Durham, Newcastle and Cumbria as well as Auld Reekie’s own “Braw Stars”.

- 10:30 – Doors Open
- 11:00 – Game 1: Auld Reekie Braw Stars vs Furness Roller Derby
- 13:00 – Game 2: Durham Roller Derby vs Newcastle Whipping Hinnies
- 15:00 – Game 3: Auld Reekie Braw Stars vs Dundee Roller Derby Bonnie Colliders
The Auld Reekie team’s preparations include competing at an international tournament in Norway in March.
Captain Anastasia “Stellar” Mezecka says, “We have a solid team with dedicated skaters who can’t wait to bring some heat to our home turf, and we’re ready to return to the Five Nation Championship after a year hiatus.”
Half-time entertainment includes a performing dog act ‘Nash and Cooper’.
