There is a public consultation event about the new plans for Centrum House on Dundas Street to build a Dakota Hotel there.
This will be held on 21 January from 4pm to 7pm in Stockbridge Parish Church, 7b Saxe Coburg Street. There is already planning permission in place for 49 homes on the same site.
In accordance with The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021, two public consultation events are being held to discuss the details of the proposals and gather public comments.
