Craigmillar Park reared prodigy Hanna Augustynska enjoyed a big tennis win when partnering Estonia’s Alexandra Nedyalkova to victory in the Liverpool J30 junior doubles tournament,
The pair defeated Great Britain’s April Sackflame and Milica Sakamoto Milojevic in the final.
In singles Hanna reached the quarter finals before bowing out to eventual winner Celine Ricaud (GB) in two close sets.
It was a good week all round for Capital juniors with Fraser Newcombe (Thistle) winning the ITF under-12 doubles event in Nottingham alongside England’s Louis Garner while Kana Saito (St Serfs) and Kate Murray (David Lloyd, Edinburgh) won the under-14 girls doubles in Liverpool.
