With only a few weeks to go until the first Scottish Women’s Wellbeing Summit at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews, Summit Organiser, Lesley Canis, now has six different ticketing options for those who may still be considering attending the event.

Prices start from £199 for a delegate day ticket, which grants access to the full event from 7am to 5.30pm on Saturday 15 November. All wellbeing activities, keynotes, workshops, networking opportunities, and access to the exciting exhibitor and demonstration zone are included.

Delegates will also enjoy unlimited refreshments throughout the day, a delicious lunch in The Sands Private Restaurant, and receive a personalised journal, together with a beautifully curated gift bag. They can register for the Summit from 8.30 am, with early morning wellness activities, such as sea dipping at the West Sands, and outdoor sauna experiences, included in the ticket price, (pre booking essential.)

A virtual ticket at £75 is another option for those who may be unable to attend in person, but who don’t want to miss out on the inspiring speeches from the summit’s special guests, including women’s health campaigner and documentary maker, Kate Muir, L ee Donald, the 7TH woman to summit Everest, Sharon Miller, Founder of Joyworks & a multi award winning wellness pioneer, Dr. Heather Currie MBE, Scottish National Clinical Lead for modernising gynaecology outpatients, and Dr Jo Salter, Britain’s first female Fighter-Jet Pilot.

Buying the virtual ticket means they can enjoy all of the event’s keynote happenings from the comfort of their own home.

“As this exciting and seminal event nears, we want to make getting involved as easy and flexible as possible, including having a virtual option,” said Lesley Canis. “Simply select a ticketing option from our website shop at https://swwsummit.co.uk/ that suits your requirements.”

Lesley, a passionate advocate for women’s wellbeing in the workplace, went on to outline the offer for delegates staying the Friday and Saturday nights.

““With this unique, “never seen before summit” encompassing early morning and evening activities, along with networking opportunities, the ideal way to experience it, if budget allows, is to stay overnight, whether it’s for one or two nights,” said Lesley.

“Staying the Friday and the Saturday is the ultimate package, but we have priced our options for both one and two nights, and for single and double room occupancy, (from £600 to £1300) so that women can bring a friend if they wish. Breakfast is also included.”

Being an overnight delegate means you can attend the summit’s Leadership Dinner & Champagne Reception, which takes place on the Sat evening. Evening entertainment is also included, as is full spa & leisure centre access.

Overnight delegates can additionally step out of their comfort zones and take part in an immersive sea dip on St Andrews West Sands, and even try a fire walking experience.

“This is a premium event with an impressive lineup of speakers and sponsors,” said Lesley. “As such, I am confident that women in top leadership positions throughout Scotland, including entrepreneurs that have their own business, will see the worth of attending such an event.”

Other speakers taking to the stage include Councillor Sally Pattle who represents the Linlithgow Ward on West Lothian Council for the Scottish Liberal Democrats,  Dr Debora Kayembe, a woman who has made history as the first Black woman elected Rector of the University of Edinburgh, and Elizabeth Spencer, a social entrepreneur, Oxford alumna, and domestic abuse survivor whose flagship initiative, Threads of Change, blends circular fashion with trauma-aware peer support.

Hosting the event with skill and enthusiasm is BBC political presenter, Ionica Adriana who will draw on her own experiences of adoption, together with roles in theatre and story-telling.

“We are very privileged to have Ionica as our host for the summit,” finished Lesley. “She has an infectious enthusiasm for bringing people together that will ensure our special day flows from start to finish.”

“Personally, I cannot wait to get into the room with the incredible women making this Summit happen!”
