Police in East Lothian are appealing for any information following a report of anti-social behaviour on West Loan, Prestonpans.
Around 3:15pm on Monday 25th August 2025, four individuals riding a moped and electric scooters interfered with the safe crossing of school children and parents on outside the entrance to the infant campus of Preston Tower Primary School.
These individuals tried to grab the school crossing guide’s pole before punching it causing it to break.
All were described as wearing masks covering their faces with two riding a white moped and the other two on electric scooters with seats.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 2455 of Thursday 4th September 2025.
