On Thursday Hard Rock Cafe’s George Street restaurant will be serving up a Scottish twist to their signature burgers as part of their annual Burns Night celebrations.

For one-night-only, Hard Rock’s famous Legendary Burger will be topped with the finest Scottish scran including a generous portion of locally sourced haggis, whisky-laced caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and crispy shoestring onions.

There is also a vegan option available using the 100% plant-based Moving Mountains® patty, as well as vegan haggis and cheese, so that Edinburgh veggies and those dabbling in Veganuary don’t miss out.

The meal will come accompanied by a flight of Johnnie Walker whiskies for guests to toast The Bard and sample their selection of local drams. The burger and whisky flight package is priced at £30 per person, and bookings can be made here.

And no Burns Supper would be complete without some Scottish music and culture so, from 7pm until 9pm, Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh will swap rock and roll for traditional tunes from local musician, Josh Vaughan.
