A cyclist has been taken to hospital after being hit by a van this morning in Leith
The collision took place at the junction of Leith Walk and Iona Street about 08:45.
The man’s injuries are described as serious but not life-threatening.
Police Scotland had closed Leith Walk on the eastbound carriageway, at the junction with Pilrig Street, while accident investigations took place.
The road was reopened just before 11:00.
