A 47-year-old man has been arrested and charged after a 13-year-old girl was sexually assaulted within the Poundland store at The Centre, Livingston, on Saturday, April 27.
Police Scotland revealed that the man will appear at Livingston Sheriff Court next Tuesday in connection with the assault.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A man has been arrested and charged after a 13-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in Livingston. “The incident took place within the Poundland store at The Centre on Saturday, April 27. “The 47-year-old is scheduled to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Tuesday, May 21.”
