Police are appealing for witnesses following a break-in which took place just before midnight on Wednesday 25th July at a businesses in the Deans Industrial Estate on Caputhall Road, Livingston.

45 laptops worth over £31,000 were stolen and enquiries are ongoing to trace the devices and identify those responsible.

“In addition, any motorists travelling westbound during this time, who may have dash-cam footage that can assist with our inquiries should also get in touch.

“We would also urge members of the public who are approached by anyone trying to sell on a laptop, or number of laptops, without documentation of ownership, to refuse and report the matter to us.”
