Police are appealing for information following a discharge of a firearm outside a house in West Pilton March around in the early hours of this morning.
Two men were seen parking a dark coloured small hatchback car within Granton Mains Avenue, before going to a property on West Pilton March and shortly afterwards shots were fired at a front door.
