Police make arrest in connection with robberies

After making extensive enquiries, police officers have arrested and charged a 45-year-old man in connection with two robberies and an attempted robbery in the Colinton area of Edinburgh.

The incidents took place at premises on Bridge Road, Colinton Road and Ashley Terrace, between Saturday, 7 October, and Sunday, 8 October, 2023.

The man is expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 7 November, 2023.
