Corstorphine/Murrayfield by election – Labour’s Parker writes to the First Minister

Richard Parker, the Scottish Labour candidate in the March by election has written to the First Minister and the Education Secretary about education spending.

Mr Parker said he wants to bring to their attention the fact that schools are one community and the government must safeguard all education spending.
