In normal times, the various deputations to any council meeting would be heard verbally in the city chamber.
At present with all council meetings being held online, there is no possibility of any deputation putting forward their views in person. All virtual meetings are conducted through the medium of Microsoft Teams.
The written deputations are published online, and councillors are expected to read them before voting on any matter.
