At Out of the Blue on Dalmeny Street Out of the Blueprint was begun 5 years ago by the art and education trust.

The body has worked on hundreds of print jobs, and the studio has worked with over 200 young artists from all over Scotland.

Now Out of the Blue will celebrate their birthday with a choice of 20 hand-picked artists to collaborate on a joint exhibition this October and a compendium of comics.

Walk Don’t Walk‘ will be a vital and vibrant snapshot of contemporary Scottish creativity.  The artwork will form part of an installation by Drill Hall-based architects Biomorphis, filling the historic Drill Hall with a huge riso machine-inspired structure.

The exhibition will open on Friday 9 October, and will run until 31 October 2020.

See Out of the Blueprint’s website for opening times.
