PURE Spa & Beauty have opened again today to customers with appointments.

The company has introduced a new safety protocol with staff wearing PPE and everyone will have to observe social distancing. Each treatment room will be sanitised after each appointment and the reception will be run virtually.

A new salon will open in Rose Street above the flagship retail store opening on 31 July 2020.

The 2000 square feet was previously used as an office but will now provide more space for a nail bar, pedicure area, brow bar and three ‘tranquil’ treatment rooms. New treatments at the Edinburgh salons include the Elemis Biotec Facial and a pore-busting microdermabrasion Diamond Peel facial – the perfect sanctuary for your full beauty overhaul right in the heart of the city.

Founder and CEO Becky Woodhouse said: “Reopening has been a lot of work for the entire team. The lack of clear guidance from UK governments has led to a lot of communication challenges with our clients, especially about reopening dates across our estate.

The majority of our staff are on furlough so internal communication has been challenging but our loyal customers have been exceptionally supportive. It’s vital that when our guests return they can relax and feel safe – that’s what PURE spa experience is all about.”

The beauty brand has introduced a new ‘Wellness Policy’ across their salon locations in line with UK government guidelines. Full details can be found at www.purespauk.com/covid-19-information/
