A statement on the club website reads: “You will be aware of
the decision taken today to postpone professional and grassroots football – at
all levels – across Scotland, the rest of the UK and much of mainland Europe.
“This means that our game against St Johnstone, scheduled
for tomorrow, no longer goes ahead as planned.
“Tickets will be valid for the re-scheduled fixture, though
there is no information available at this stage about when that fixture will
take place.
“Updates will be shared with all ticket holders as soon as
they are available.
“As responsible employers, and taking current advice into
consideration, the Ticket Office, Reception and Hibernian Community Foundation
offices at Easter Road will be closed for the next seven days.
“This is not in response to any specific cases of ill
health.
“The Hibernian Clubstore remains open as usual.
“This is an evolving situation for everyone.
“We know that our supporters and the community will
understand and support the measures that we have decided to take.
“We will issue any further updates as information becomes
available.”
