ENJOY A TRUE TASTE OF SWEETNESS FROM WEBSTER HONEY

Webster Honey has supplies of its delicious, sustainable Scottish Blossom Honey available now in its online honey shop. Available in both set and runny varieties, the honey costs £6.50, for a 227g jar.

The honey is sourced from Webster Honey’s many beehives which are sited all over Scotland, with some at schools and nurseries, as part of the company’s educational programme.

This includes Little Monkeys at Cramond which is looking after a hive for a year.

Webster Honey feeds all profits back into establishing more hives across Scotland. The bee population is declining at an alarming rate with recent figures revealing that 97% of natural bee habitat has been lost in the UK since WW2.

It also enjoyed great success in the ethical gifting market with its seed bombs (£3.95 for one and pack of 4 at £13.50) which are designed to help restore lost wildflower habitat.

Making an important contribution to the biodiversity of Scotland, the grenade shaped seed bombs are fully biodegradable, and disappear over time. Filled with wildflower seeds which can be shaken onto bare soil, they produce a range of wildflowers which bees love.

And with Valentines Day looming, you could treat a loved one to gift vouchers for a beekeeping course with Webster Honey as its school in Scotlandwell.

It’s a fun day out which you can enjoy together, learning the craft of looking after bees and harvesting honey. You can also sponsor a beehive on a loved one’s behalf.
