Scottish Gin Festival begins at Lidl
- Lidl’s Scottish Gin Festival returns for a third time focussing on craft gins from the Highlands and Islands

Lidl’s latest Scottish Gin Festival is offering gin lovers a taste of the country’s natural landscape with gin from ten craft distilleries.
Five of the gins featured in the festival will be on Lidl shelves for the first time including GlenWyvis GoodWill Gin from the first 100% community-owned distillery, a unique gorse-flavoured spirit from Isle of Bute Gin and Wild Thyme Spirit’s Colonsay Gin Solas edition.
Aberdeenshire distilleries will also join the line-up including two gin expressions from House of Elrick and a ready-to-drink G&T can from BrewDog’s sister company, Lonewolf.
In addition, hugely popular Shetland Reel’s Filska Gin, will be available as part of the collection alongside Kinrara Lime and Lemongrass hailing from Aviemore, and Angus-produced Redcastle Strawberry and Elderflower Gin Liqueur. Evoking flavours of summer, these Lidl exclusives are perfect for a refreshing G&T or creative cocktail.
Shetland Reel Filska Gin and Strathearn Heather Rose Gin will also be available to the rest of the UK as part of the simultaneous British Gin Festival.
