Murrayfield Racers visit Kirkcaldy Kestrels in the Scottish National League with an 8.15 face-off on Saturday.

And they entertain Dundee Comets in the Stuart Robertson Cup on Sunday with a 6pm face-off.

Spokesman Willie Dunn said: “Both competitions are important to us and a four-point weekend would be a great way to end November.”

Elsewhere, Fife Flyers and Dundee Stars go head-to-head this weekend with the first clash in Dundee on Saturday (face-off 7pm).

Eighth-placed Glasgow Clan at also at home on Saturday when they host a Guildford Flames side fresh from a 6-2 victory at Coventry Blaze in a televised game in midweek. Guildford are fifth in the table and face-off at Braehead is at 7pm.

On Sunday, Fife host Dundee at 6.30pm and both teams go into the clashes on a downer.

Fife, who briefly led the 11-strong table, have slipped to third after three straight defeats.

Dundee are bottom after five defeats in a row and both sides are desperate for a lift.
