Speaking with Jeremy Balfour MSP

Trams and rubbish that is what he wanted to talk about. These are both matters which are dealt with at council level, but Jeremy Balfour used to be a city councillor before he became an MSP so he knows about these things.

He is the Conservative MSP for Lothian and prefers to adopt a kind of helicopter view of the area, trying to represent everyone on any matter that concerns them.
