Police release photos of unknown couple recovered from found camera

Police attempting to trace the owner of a found camera have released photos of an unknown couple on their twitter account.

The camera was found around October 3 and officers are keen to trace the owner.

One picture shows the couple holding pint glasses while the other was apparently taken in the back of a wedding car.

The official Edinburgh Police account tweeted: “Here comes the appeal – We’ve recovered a camera we hope to return to its rightful owner.

“We hope these photos of the happy couple taken with the camera will help.”

Anyone who knows the bride or groom is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 1430 of October 3.
