Dundee Stars secured their fifth straight home Elite League win in a 7-4 success over bottom club Edinburgh Capitals.

The visitors pushed the home side until the final session when goals as Riley Stadel and a second from Marc-Olivier Mimar clinched the points.

At Kirkcaldy, Evan Bloodoff claimed a glory double, including the game-winner 2min 58sec into sudden death overtime, as Fife Flyers edged Braehead Clan 3-2 to earn their fourth Elite League victory over the Glasgow club this season.
