Edinburgh bantamweight Lee McGregor returns to the ring next month

Edinburgh bantamweight Lee McGregor returns to the ring next month following his first-round stoppage of Stefan Sashov at Ingliston last weekend.

The 20-year-old former amateur star is on the undercard in Leicester on December 2 when newly-crowned IBO Inter-Continental champion Chantelle Cameron faces Viviane Obenauf for the IBO world lightweight title in only her fifth professional fight.

Swiss-based Obenauf has made no secret of her world ambitions but Cameron looked impressive when she stopped her Mexican opponent Edith Ramos inside three rounds at Ingliston last weekend.
