Business club to help exporters

An International Club to help Scottish businesses learn more about exporting has been launched.

The service will hopefully encourage more businesses of various sizes to consider selling goods and services abroad.

By becoming part of the club members can receive benefits including training, global connections and access to services from across the Scottish Chamber network.

West Lothian Chamber of Commerce are heavily involved in the project and a spokesman added: “With Brexit approaching, it is important to encourage more businesses to take part in exporting.

West Lothian have also started building international connections by visiting South Dublin Chamber in Southern Ireland.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed and West Lothian also plan develop more connections with countries across the globe.
