Meanwhile, some of speedway’s best young prospects will be at the Peugeot Ashfield Stadium on Saturday in round seven of the British Youth Championship.
Fans will enjoy more than 30 races and it’s the second year running the event has visited Glasgow.
Kean Dickson, son of former Glasgow rider Lee, Beau Stonehewer, whose dad Carl was a Grand Prix rider, and Leon Flint, son of ex-rider Gary will be in the line-up. Admission is £7 for adults.
This is Nigel Duncan handing you back to the studio with a reminder that tapes go up in both meetings at 7pm.
