Hibs urge fans to bring youngsters to the Kids Zone ahead of tomorrow’s game

Hibs are reminding fans to bring along their youngsters to join in the fun at the Kids Zone this Saturday, located in the Norton Park Conference Centre, opposite the West Stand from 12.30pm – 2.30pm.

Last time the theme was Trophy Day and lots of youngsters enjoyed the opportunity to have their photographs taken with the Scottish Championship trophy and the Ladies League Cup.

This week’s fun “theme” is  “Fire Service Day”.

Kids will be offered the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with the Fire fighters, have a look at equipment and check out their Fire Engine, which will be situated outside the Centre in the West Stand Car Park. The Fire Service will be there from 12.30pm – 2pm.

Face painting (small fee), Hibernian footage on the big screen, games corner, footie skills corner, fun games, competitions, prizes are on offer. Hot food will be available for purchase.

A Hibernian spokesperson said: “Before the Partick Thistle game, we asked kids to predict the score and first goal scorer to win a prize. There were lots of correct scores but only HARRIS TAIT correctly predicted that Hibernian would win 3-1 and that Martin Boyle would score the first goal. Well done Harris – remember to pop in to the Kids Zone on Saturday to collect your prize!

“We also handed out some John McGinn quiz sheets, so remember to bring back your completed sheets to have the chance to win a special prize!

“There will be another the chance to predict the first goal scorer and correct score for this week’s game and another first team player quiz.

“Kids Zone is open to all U16s who are season ticket holders and young fans can gain entry to the Zone by showing their season ticket at the door. Youngsters must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry, restricted to no more than 1 adult per child.

“Capacity is limited so be early……come along and join in the fun – don’t miss out!”
