La Vie Dans Une Marionette is an award-winning family show by the New Zealand based company White Face Crew.
This whimsical story of a lonely pianist and the puppet he buys to keep him company is packed full of gags, hilarious moments and surprises. Performed with charm by Tama Jarman, Chris Ofanoa and Nikki Bennett, the White Face Crew combine physical theatre, clowning, dance and live music to create an epic melodramatic world packed full of gags, hilarious moments and surprises.
White Face Crew is a performance group from Auckland, New Zealand renowned for their laugh-out-loud antics. Drawing from the best elements of physical theatre, clowning, and contemporary and hip-hop dance styles, the White Face Crew create work that is fun for all ages.
Betsy & Mana Productions is a producing house that supports independent artists to develop, create and present contemporary performance. Alongside managing the White Face Crew, Betsy & Mana Productions produces other productions and development initiatives with a focus on Maori Theatre and Dance, and unique New Zealand stories.
