Wojtek Gardela won Dobbies Star Baker competition with his Polish Ginger Cake. The cake will now be produced for sale in Dobbies Edinburgh restaurant and all proceeds will go to Teenage Cancer Trust
As well as winning the competition Wojtek also won Christmas afternoon tea for two.
