If you like beer then you might like to head along to the very first Edinburgh Craft Beer Revolution Festival when it takes over Assembly Roxy 24-26th November 2016.

Richard and Dan are behind it, and both hail from Leith. They will showcase over 70 micro-brewed beers from 14 breweries from across Scotland, the UK and Europe including Edinburgh-based breweries Pilot, Top Out and Brewgooder.

A Gin, Wine & Cider Corner featuring Arbikie Gin and wines and ciders from Vino Wines will also be available for those who wish to enjoy the festival with a different tipple.
Richard said : “If this is your first beer festival and you’re a bit cautious of what to try I would recommend starting with pale ales like Fyne Ales’ 3.8% ‘Jarl’, or if you’re an experienced beer drinker and feeling adventurous, we’ve got a 10.5% ‘Bring Out the Imp’ stout from Alechemy. The festival is all about experiencing new tastes, talking to the brewers and having fun – we’re sure everyone will leave having discovered new favourite beers.”
Street food will be served from Scoff, The Buffalo Truck and Babu Bombay Street Kitchen, and Cleaver & Keg Charcuterie Trollies will meander around the festival offering meat boards to pair with your choice of beer.
A live jazz band will welcome visitors to the Main Hall and a DJ will add to the atmosphere with a jukebox style playlist of songs festivalgoers request online before the festival. Masterclasses, pub quizzes, silent movies and other surprises offer additional entertainment.
