Hibs to face Turriff United in Irn Bru Cup

The draw for the third round of the IRN-BRU Cup was made at The Kelpies in Falkirk this afternoon and Hibs were drawn to face Highland League club Turriff United at the Haughs next month.

Former Hearts’ manager Jim Jeffries made the draw with teams split into north and south sections.

The full draw is as follows:

North Section

Alloa Athletic v East Fife

Brechin City v Dunfermline Athletic

Dundee United v Peterhead

Turriff United v Hibernian

Falkirk v Elgin City

Forfar Athletic v Raith Rovers

South Section

Queen of the South v Stenhousemuir

Stranraer v Dumbarton

Livingston v Celtic Colts

Albion Rovers v St Mirren

Ayr United v Airdrieonians

Queen’s Park v Morton
