Message from the Lord Provost to the people of Nice

The Lord Provost the Rt Hon Donald Wilson recorded a short message for us this morning to send out over social media in support of the people in Nice.

Nice is Edinburgh’s twin city and over 80 people are now known to have been killed in an attack involving a truck on the Promenade des Anglais last night.
